Design Is Messy

I know that I break from traditional web designers that post as case studies the process they underwent to complete a particular project. Most paint a linear line of their approach and solution they offered a client.

The truth is that design is messy and almost never linear. While experience and a designer’s tools are important, the truth is that designers should express the truth, that most projects are unique and the process is more lateral thinking, based on discovery and exploration.

And, yes, new and different challenges.

Brusche Building Maintenance is a Brooklyn based company that I was proud to work with not only because they are from my neighborhood, but because they are just good people.

Lioness Paint Company

Renovation & Remodeling service company based in Tampa, Florida. I urged a new logo but they were already invested in their existing one, so I cleaned up and vectorized their existing one and added some touches to still resemble the original one as much as possible.

Affiliate Marketing

Due to a NDA, I can’t show you the final website but this was the starting point of a affiliate marketing landing page project. The client asked that I use Click Funnels landing page as inspiration.

I did better than that. I cloned the website and started from there, but a lot of work was done to make it theirs.

To say the least , they were very happy with the end results.

Work In Progress

Magnolia Tree Earth Center is a non-for-profit organization based in Brooklyn, New York. As a fellow Brooklynite myself this project is very personal to me. This is their current website: magnoliatreeearthcenter.org.

And here you see what I am cooking up with Magnolia. We are also in the process of setting up graphic and web design classes for the youth this summer.
